F.O. 14, Haggin-Grant 2 (League: 6-1, Overall: 10-2) - June 14 @ Rio Linda High School - In Fair Oaks' second game of their Saturday doubleheader, the Oaks' bats
came alive as Post 383 hammered out 12 hits, six of which were home runs.

over Haggin-Grant at Rio Linda High School.
Haggin-Grant scored one run in each of the first two
innings for a 2-0 lead off Oaks' starter Adam Moshofsky, but the Oaks got one back in
the third and two in the fourth for a lead that they'd never give up.
Fair Oaks scored two more runs in the top of the fifth
inning for a 5-2 lead, but the big explosion came in the top of the seventh when a total
of nine runs crossed the plate for the final 14-2 margin.
Haggin-Grant contributed five errors in the loss and the
Oaks pitching scattered seven hits.
Leading Fair Oaks was Garrett Schoenfelder with a double
and two home runs. Schoenfelder also drove in three of the Oaks' runs and pitched
the sixth inning before being relieved by Brandon Olson in the seventh.
Jason Wilkerson had a pair of hits - both solo home runs
and B.J. Crone and Eric Archuleta also homered. Crone also added two RBI. Sean
Chopelas also had an extra-base hit with a double and drove in two runs.
The victory raised Fair Oaks' Eastern Division-leading
record to 6-1, 10-2 overall.
