Fair Oaks 11, Sacramento 0 (League: 10-0, Overall: 10-0) - June 21 @  Bella Vista High School - Fair Oaks improved on its league-leading and undefeated record with an 11-0 victory over Sacramento at Bella Vista High School June 21.
The game was a makeup of last Thursday's rainout in which - coincidently - Fair Oaks led 11-0 in the second inning before the game was called by the umpires.
Fair Oaks took a 1-0 lead in the opening inning as center fielder Ryan Stevens led off with a ground ball to second that was booted, allowing him to reach base safely. Stevens was erased, however, as second baseman Steve Rinaudo followed with a ground ball to short. The throw went to second to get Stevens, but the relay was late to first and Rinaudo was safe. Third baseman Austin Morgan followed with another ground ball to short. The throw went to second again, but was wide of the mark and everyone was safe. Designated hitter Andrew Leduc was the next batter, but he was called out as Rinaudo tried to steal third and Leduc was called for obstructing the catcher's throw. Rinaudo was sent back to second. With first baseman Tyler Robertson at the plate, a passed ball advanced both runners and then another passed ball allowed Rinaudo to score to make it a 1-0 game.
Fair Oaks scored a pair of runs in the second inning to increase its lead to 3-0. Shortstop Chris Dennison led off and reached first on a catcher's interference call. Then with two outs, Stevens got a hit to center field that got by the center fielder and scored Dennison to make it 2-0. Rinaudo followed with a double to right to score Stevens and make it a 3-0 game.

Another two runs came home in the fourth as Mickey Weisser got a hit to left that fell inbetween the left and center fielders. Then with two outs, Morgan hit a home run over the left center field fence to make it a 5-0 lead for the Oaks.
Four more runs scored in the fifth as the Oaks chased Sacramento's starting pitcher off the mound. Robertson led off with a double, followed  by a hit to right by  right fielder Nikolai Rowe. The ball was bobbled slightly in right, allowing Rowe to take second and Robertson scored to make it 6-0. Dennison then got a hit to center to score Rowe for a 7-0 lead and a Sacramento pitching change.
The new hurler recorded outs against the first two batters he faced, but then Weisser doubled to right field to score Dennison and make it 8-0. Rinaudo followed with a hit up the middle to score Weisser and the Oaks owned a 9-0 lead.
Garber faced the minimum number of batters in the sixth and seventh innings, partially due by an outstanding diving stop by Morgan on a sharply hit ball to the left side in the sixth. Morgan not only stopped the ball, but got to his feet and easily threw out the runner for the out.
Sacramento loaded the bases in the top of the eighth with one out, but a strikeout by Garber and a fly ball to center ended the inning and preserved the shutout. The Oaks came back in the bottom of the inning for their final two runs of the game.
Weisser walked to lead off the inning and then with one out, Morgan hit his second two-run homer of the game to bring the score to 11-0. The Oaks went on to load the bases with two out, but no more runs came across the plate.
Garber pitched the complete-game victory, striking out seven while scattering nine Sacramento hits.
